This site serves as a single portal for submitting questions pertaining to various aspects of Division of Medicare Advantage Operations (DMAO) related services, including: Medicare Advantage (MA), Special Needs Plan (SNP), MA/SNP Applications, Change of Ownership (CHOW)/Novations, and Service Area Reductions (SARs)/Non-Renewal (NR)/Terminations.
